Seed & Fertilizer

If you are reseeding, trying to get that brown patch of grass to grow, or want better, healthier grass, check out our seed and fertilizer options. We offer a variety of sizes.

Grass Seed Maine Park Mix
Good for a wide range of soil types. Fine to medium texture with medium drought tolerance and good weather potential. Good establishment rate seed @4-5lbs per 1000 square feet.
– Size Options: 25lb or 50lb
Grass Seed Maine Conservation Mix
Fine to coarse texture to suit a wide variety of soil types. Tolerates sun and medium shade. Commonly used on roadsides and gentle slopes, but also for lawns with poorer soils. Recommended seed at 5lbs per 1000 square feet.
– Size Options: 25lbs or 50lbs
Grass Seed Maine Sun & Shade Mix
Great for shady areas, but will also grow in the sun. Drought-tolerant and water-tolerant. Establishes well. 5lbs per 1000 square feet.

Fabric Rolls

We offer a variety of roll sizes from Gator Fabric, both woven, non-woven, poly spun, and geogrid. The three types we offer are drain, weed, and road. These stabilize soil, improve drainage, boost durability, and prevent weeds. They keep gravel in place and extend the life of patios, driveways, other hardscapes, and landscapes.
